Job Title: Software Engineer
Duration: 12-months contract (Possible extension/conversion)
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $51/Hr on W2
MUST HAVE:
Experience with C#, .Net and Selenium.
Responsibilities:
- Develop testing solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to create maintainable and extensible test framework.
- Implement solutions using User Acceptance Test Driven Development Principles.
- Investigate problem areas within the applications and report them.
- Estimate development work at both the EPIC level and story level granularity.
- Analyze development requirements of moderately complex development work.
- Develop solutions using design patterns to create maintainable and extensible software.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts Investigate problem areas within the applications and implement the appropriate fixes.
- Enhance our Agile development methodology by focusing on lean principles and taking advantage of teaching opportunities with other teammates.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other SDETs and be able to provide long term project panning.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of development experience or equivalent.
- QA and Development experience must-have.
- Knowledge of C#, OOP must-have.
- Experience with Selenium very good to have.
- Database experience (Oracle, SQL) must have.
- Will not have direct reportees but must be open to mentoring junior-level testers in the team.
- Experience in Healthcare or Financial sector (Security) is nice-to-have but not compulsory.
- Should display leadership qualities and great communication.
